I was contacted a couple of weeks ago by a Paul from your office suggesting that he noted a "continuous water" consumption at my residence. As it turned out a contractor mistakenly left an outside water hose on and Paul picked up on it from the office. This is what I call excellent customer service and he even followed-up with me to confirm this was the cause. Thank you!
