Phone representative named Gina is very rude and dismissive. The tone of the voice and the absolute lack of care for a patient is alarming and one of the main reasons why its so difficult dealing with other people of color. I'm shocked and alarmed at how rude she is, when she should know people are calling with concerns about their health. If she can't be sensitive and understanding then she shouldn't be on your phonelines.

Dr. Kennebrew and staff are professional and kind. Office is very clean and the wait is very short.
