Great crew! Efficient and timely, excellent quality and standards, neat and friendly and tracked and communicated costs well. As a 'retired' builder they were everything I would have expected from my own business.
Kennebec Builders recently built a new home for my family. The whole process was so smooth and easy, even though we were 5 hours away from the building site. Tim provided numerous updates by email and phone (including pictures) and was always available to discuss options. The house looks incredible, and the quality is amazing! We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Kennebec Builders.
Everything is always top notch: the communication, the crew, the knowledge, and the workmanship is outstanding. Highly recommended for a variety of projects.
Kennebec Builders built our boat house and summer home on Casco Bay, plus moved and refurbished an old bunk house on the same hilly, rocky acre. They met every challenge with enthusiasm, experience, and professionalism. Sub-contractors were also.excellent. Tim Dumont and his project managers listened to us and responded with detailed advice and honest estimates regarding cost.

My husband and I had our "dream home" built by Kennebec Builders last year. We could not have been happier. Tim and his team have an incredible work ethic. They listened to us and built the home that we wanted. Building a home is stressful but Kennebec Builders made it an enjoyable experience and were there for us every step of the way.
