My counselor is amazing!!!!!!! And I'm going to give it a 10 star review
That's actually negative stars. NEGATIVE 5 stars. I was on a wait-list for a year for case management/community support and grief counseling. My first counselor, Heather, couldn't even show up for work so instead of calling me, emailing me or texting me they allowed me to waste my time and resources and show up for an appointment with a counselor who wasn't even in the office.🙄 My case worker, "TIAH" was even worse. They misinform me all the time and if I make a mistake they make you feel like an outcast but if the Dr makes a mistake and tells you to stay in an unsafe situation twice now he can correct himself. I'm currently looking for new services again!!
