New facilities! No dust or dim/dark walkway whatsoever. Natalie was very nice always to introduce the area. Also, the deal is pretty good since the price will be lock in for 6 months at least. And insurance options for items less than $2000 are available for like 5$ pm. Overall it’s something that can save your budget
