Richard at Airport West was lovely to deal with, especially as I had never hired tools before. We had a small issue with our tool and had to call the help line on a public holiday. The help line guy was actually very helpful and contacted Richard to deliver a second tool to our house. He stayed until the problem was fixed and we were happy. Four stars because nobody believes 5 star reviews any more. Would definitely recommend Airport West branch.
Grate service from all the team ,
Not often I rave about a company but seriously they are awesome. Super helpful in person and on the phone with an issue of a code not sending. Answer within 1 ring of the phone and the operators are in a lovely mood (especially considering it's Sunday afternoon!). One of those times you really notice the above and beyondness of a business.
