I am a resident of The Theater Apartments at 1065 Kenmore Ave for 10 years. My experience is mostly great. The common and outdoors areas are very well kept. The court yard is clean and inviting. Our trash is picked up daily. The maintenance staff is courteous and works hard at keeping a high standard. The apartments are comfortable, has lots of storage room.
