Don’t ever rent from this guy he fights and argue with tenets he doesn’t fix anything with the promise of he’ll come next day to never show up . It’s roach and rat invested the guy had multiple case against him and the apartment are falling apart I wouldn’t be surprised if the town knock them apartment down best of luck for whosever dumb enough to give your money to this guy
