This is the worst Property Management company I have ever seen. I do not have a lot of rental experience, matter of fact this was only 3 rental experience and by far the worst. When something was wrong they were very fast on saying the owner did not want to fix it at the time. I had to begged to get my a.c system checked in 4 years they only check the one time I kept on calling them.when I agree to the lease it was with a different and kinder management company and after this company took over it was all down hill. The Kenmore Team was the best. Dawn and Cindy were outstanding. Had a sale in no time and when we had to extend closing do to some problem they provided assistance and solutions to get us to the finish line.
