I recently lost my aunt here. I can't even begin to explain how amazing the entire staff was. They supported us every step of the way. They did what ever they could to make us comfortable. My family could not be more thankful. We were lucky to have had her there.

Was very surprized how clean and uodated it was on the wing i was in for my surgery staff was great

Most professional place that I've ever been in my entire life. Totally treat you with respect. 100% fast kind and courteous always thinking about the patient first. Unlike the ER doctors at Lockport hospital. They call themselves doctors. I think that is a big joke

I was also there on Monday evening.it was so horrible..When we were finally taken back to a room ,the nurse said we weren't a priority,that's why we waited so long.To me that was very unprofessional of her. They were very unorganized as a team. I wasn't there for my own being,I was there with an individual I take care of.It was the worst experience EVER..6+HOURS Never have I ever seen something like this.For my own personal perspective,I would not go there

My father had a massive heart attack the other night..we waited 30 minutes to hear if he was dead or alive..the tim Hortons was not open..they kept asking us what happened...moved us from ER WAITING ROOM...to tram waiting room...to icu waiting room...4 hrs later someone finally came and told us he has 1/10000 chance of making it....now he's in icu one on one status..my father's a private man...PULL THE DAM CURTAIN...I walk out when they roll him over..and if you're discussing his treatment...either go somewhere or stop whisp... read more
