My husband was recently hospitalized there for three weeks because of kidney failure. While he was in ICU the care was excellent. When he was moved to the 2nd and 3rd floors the care was awful. The Dialysis people cleaned the room before they began, because everything was filthy. Husband ended up with C-Diff infection. One "RN" brought his meds and dropped them under the bed, scooped them up and gave them to him. His bathroom did not get cleaned one time while there, and was disgusting. My fiance has been to your ER several times. Dr. Perez seems to always be on staff and continually treats her like a drug addict because of her pain issues. He has left her writhing in agony for hours on end several times, would not give her pain medication when she had several serious infections after telling her previously that he had a stepdaughter die because of opiate overdose. He told her he had no problem giving her pain medication as long as it was merited yet when it was, he left her in agony as the nurses apologize... read more

I have been here several times without any complaints toward the staff really like it here except for tonight I came in at 8 pm the er staff was quick with iv and such then 12 am comes I'm in a room with no TV or call bell so I needed to use bathroom I had to wait 45 minutes still nobody came the one nurse came passed my room I said excuse me I need to use bathroom she was nasty telling me they had a medical emergency in a nasty tone.
