Just had a lovely experience with the General Practice manager when switching GP's. She made the transition so seem less and asked for feedback and really made me feel comfortable and understood. Additionally my experience with Dr Abeydeera was wonderful! Thanks to the team
The doctors at this clinic are caring and take the time to listen. The staff are friendly and very helpful especially when navigating an emergency or severe health concern.
The 2 receptionists here are excellent, always polite and courteous and nothing is too much trouble. They managed to squeeze me into an emergency appointment for a skin check which if left to later could have created problems. A most grateful patient!!!!
I have been going here for years and the reception is always lovely and helpful. I see Dr Oshahdee and she has been absolutely pivotal in helping me maintain my health. She has helped with mental health issues, period issues (she helped me to finally get diagnosed with endometriosis) and just general health issues. She is always attentive and helpful and never judgemental. I have moved house several times and will always continue to come here!
Amazing experience. Dr. Kimberly was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me with my medical situation. She is extremely kind and personable. I can’t speak highly enough about her!
