Dr. Bob's has always been great. Their staff are friendly and always timely...I never wait long to be taken for my appt. Additionally I had a question in a billing issue and staff took the time to investigate it while my teeth were being cleaned and took the time to explain the issue to me when I was done. I would recommend them!

I noticed in the past year making appointment is very difficult. Due to my schedule is very hard. What I hate the most when I get my filling done. I have to go back to get it done again.

I thought I was getting my teeth cleaned instead it was just a consultation and I didn’t know that. The consultation was very detailed and everybody was nice, friendly and professional. However, to me if your going to have someone come in for a consultation. I think they should just go ahead and clean the person’s teeth. I was off from work and now I have to use more time and I was just off. If that’s is how they do things then you should be able to schedule your consultation for 1 day and your cleaning another day all whil... read more
