The dentist doctor and secretary was very professional. On March 20th was the day I got my tooth pulled out. It was done in a timely fashion. I had no pain and no problem when I got home. I will recommend all my friends and family to come to doctor Bob's Dental Care.
I had a pretty complex situation going on. An unfinished root canal had caused a big infection in my mouth and I was in a great deal of pain. I am terrified of the dentist but I am so glad I mad an emergency appt here! It was my first visit the staff was so amazing!! The dr had a great sense of humor and although I was in a lot of pain and was a cry baby at times lol (wasn’t their fault I have fear and a low tolerance for pain) her assistant held my hand through it all and talked me through it. When I moved to Amherst, my son recommended Dr. Bob's Dental Office to me. He is a patient of Dr. Ryan's and now goes to the dentist regularly because he likes the way Dr. Ryan treats him. My husband and I go there now. I see Dr. Martin as my dentist and my husband sees Dr. Ryan. We are both happy with our visits and the staff there are very warm and friendly and helpful.
I have a horrible fear of going to the dentist due to a horrible experience elsewhere. I have to say that Dr Ryan Maine was AWESOME!! He made me feel comfortable and assured me all was gonna be good and he was right!! Thank you so much and the lady that did my cleaning was awesome to.
