I am TOTALLY..TOTALLY dissatisfied with the Non-Service that I received from Sears about my Kenmore Washer. I went not once..but twice to the Chicago Ridge store. Talked with one of the salespeople..who in turn put the information on Your chat. I expected some sort of response from Sears..as I purchased an extended warranty on my washer. As of today..I STILL haven't received ANY service what so ever. Is this what Sears has amounted too!
Fast. Polite. Prompt. He arrived on time and was done with the repair quickly.
