I’ve lived here for a while and the new management has been disappointing. Recently, we were without heat and hot water from November 17 until Saturday evening, and communication during the whole situation was extremely poor. Instead of timely updates, we would only hear from them when they decided to send a general announcement. Chris the NEW maintenance manager is wonderful. Very professional and does excellent work compared to the last maintenance person who only had time to GOSSIPS about other tenants. Thank you Chris. Other then a great maintenance person and great location there is nothing else good about this place. All the floors creak in the apartments so if the person above you is a hard walker then you will be up as soon as they get out of bed. There are no AMINTENITIED at all. PARKING there are rules but nobody cares and will park where e... read more
I have enjoyed the Kenmore Apartments. My apartment has everything I need at a fair price. I am uneasy letting go of it, but change is a part of life. I will miss the place! The office staff are professional, personable, and decent people. Maintenance has been friendly and responsive the few times I have needed help.
