We bought a Carrier from their Sales rep that HIGHLY recommended this new energy saver air/heat unit. We paid 7000 for the unit and labor. The guys were 3 men that showed up were rude, cut corners and gave us a unit with a dent in it. I called Dana (Manager of the air/heat unit) from Nashville Sears and he came out. I showed him the dent and said I wasn't satisfied and told him how the guys were not following our agreement. He forced the guys to follow our agreement but wouldn't give me a new unit.
