When you call to make an appointment, they schedule you right away. But the service is AWFUL! The tech has no clue what's going on. He recommended I fix two parts and quoted me an atrocious amount. I asked him follow up questions and he responded by asking me how I could "question is expertise". Something still didn't feel right- I called another company. Turns out the issue was entirely different and they fixed the fridge in 1/2 the cost with no parts needing replacement. If I had done what he recommended, I would have ende... read more
Phone service was good, unfortunately the appliance is not. This will be my last Kenmore purchase (likely also Electrolux will be out). I had to call 4 numbers - final response was that no one has information about machines older than 2 years in their system. One person suggested I call around to stores to see if they have old sales flyers! Appreciate the thought but there has to be a better way. Another strike against Sears.
HORRIBLE!!! I called to ask if they could suggest a type of glue that would be safe to use inside the dishwasher, and the first guy said "No" and hung up. When I called back, the second guy said Sorry he could not suggest anything, because I would have to pay n schedule a service call....smh They must be HURTING for business and I see why. Something as BASIC as what glue to use...smh. Haaaaah....naaaah
Wow, called them to ask question about a Kenmore washer and dryer and I was greated with the most unenthusiastic person ever. He couldn't answer the questions I had and when I asked him if he knew what the Kenmore phone number is, he paused for 10 seconds and then hung up. Terrible customer service
