Kenmark Homes has been an amazing company to buy a home from. This is our first time buying a new house and the team at Kenmark has gone above and beyond to help us. The company has a well developed team who's members specialize in various aspects of the buying/building process. They are dedicated, knowledgeable and we will be using them again.
I absolutely love this house. From the day we moved in KenMark has answered every question we asked and also responded immediately. The house is very well built. We have had minimal issues. (Needed additional caulking) Colleen is the best, she's helped us through everything and every step this year.
Kenmark Homes built are home and they did not disappoint. They communicated very well with us on the timeline and any issues up front if any. When we had issues with items being out of stock they helped us find the next best thing in our budget. The project manager was friendly and always available to us. We will rebuild using them in the future.
Where to even start!? We have been building with this “BUILDER” if you can even call them that! For almost 9 months. We had heard the stories of how they will terminate your contract with out any reasoning! Well today! One week from closing they decided to terminate our contract. When asking the sales agent, he informed us that it was due to concerns we had brought up and the blue tape we had placed at the house during our initial walkthrough! What you did to that family is horrible. What goes around comes around. Your time is coming and you should be ashamed of yourself Kenmark home scammers.
I will never buy or recommend this company. They pulled out of a contract as a family was getting ready to move. Then, raised the the selling price by $110,000. I wish for failure on this company. Of course, they deny it. This is a horrible business.
These people scam they find loopholes they'll do whatever they can do to make a dime don't put your family at risk
We have been in our Forever Kenmark Home for a little over 30 days . It is so beautiful and came with all the upgrades that we wanted. It was a true blessing to get to work with Tammy Howes. She is the BEST in this business. My favorite part was the day we met her in Aledo to pick out our selections. That was so much fun. She kept us on track and was very informative and organized.
