Staff was friendly. Dr. hardly even looked at me. He said the tooth could be saved but of course that came with an over 2,000 price. I said Id rather go cheaper and just pull it he walked out of the room. The technician came back with the referral and told me "you insurance is horrible, next time you sign up you need to sign up for PPO, If you can't you might want to find a different provider" she was very polite about it. I don't think the Dr. wanted anything to do with me and my broke self.
Terrible experience. Stay away from this place if you do not want to get ripped off! Last week scheduled a cleaning as a new patient and drove 20 miles to the place relying on some of these ratings. Big mistake! My insurance covered the cleaning. They scare you by making it look like you are done, your gums are falling apart and your teeth are about to fall out. Ended up paying $45 out of pocket for some bogus mouthwash and some other bs procedures totaling $80. The mouthwash is an insult. Does not do anything. When I called... read more
