They let us down during a heat emergency, and didn’t acknowledge their error, let alone offer to rectify the situation; do not recommend.

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years my furnace quit working spoke with the service dept.(3 times) on installation of new propane furnace( at their suggestion) . I was given an install date which I confirmed multiple times over the phone when I called to confirm the date a few days before the install I was told it wasn’t booked I am extremely frustrated no heat source for three weeks and no attempt was made to satisfy me the customer other than to give me new quote on a new install. KENMAC energy has been trying to rip off my girlfriend and her roommates. So the last couple times that Kenmac has filled my gfs oil, coincidentally something happens while they are filling it where the heat won’t work. So a few hours will go buy and they will notice they have no heat. They will then call Kenmac emergency line to come fix it but it will cost them $135/hour, minimum of 3 hrs of work for kenmac to come fix it. And coincidentally they only accept cash. We got our fireplace replaced a few years ago, switching to Kenmac due to a promotion they offed then. Things were ok for the first 2 years with prompt propane delivery and friendly service. In January this year the fireplace quit when we had a power blackout and would not come back on after. After 6 months, 4 sercice calls, two new parts and the technician each time leaving thinking it was fixed, which it wasn’t, andi$1600 in bills, they said they had no idea what was wrong and we should talk to our insurance company ( but ... read more
