Don't bother using if you were a Feasible Fuels customer, they've made it difficult to order and are removing e-tranfers as a payment method. Kenmac is not concerned about you as an individual or a customer. Especially if you are on a fixed income or unable to pay for large amounts of furnace oil.
Bought out feasible fuels, upped the minimum order value and is doing away with paying by etransfer. Takes far longer to get oil delivered than it did when feasible was on their own. The reason so many islanders used feasible fuels was because it was low cost, fast and they accepted Etransfers.
Our furnace was acting up and we needed it to be serviced. A service tech came to our house, replaced a nozzle then told us our ignition transformer was failing. Instead of replacing the transformer right there, they said to leave it for now. Both my wife and I said we'd rather have it replaced now that wait for it to fail. Well less than 24 hours later it did fail, of course we had to have them come back and replace it, and now pay a second service fee on a problem that was already diagnosed on the first visit. Drivers need to slow it down on the roads and stop the tailgating
Fantastic service so far! I am not typically one to write reviews but since starting oil service with Kenmac/Feasible Fuels in November it’s been great service all round. Today I had to make an after hours emergency service call, when I woke up to a freezing cold house. The agent was agent was great to deal with, the truck showed up in record time which was paired with a call from I believe the manager at the time of arrival. Kenny was who delivered.
