WARNING about Kenly Ford. A family member brought his vehicle in for a diagnostic because it was making serious noises that pointed to a possible engine issue. The dealership kept the vehicle for TWO DAYS and charged $700. The written report—handled by service tech John—clearly states they inspected the valve cover and valvetrain (including checking for a loose lifter) and found everything NORMAL.
