Dear Kenly Chevrolet, Any thought of staying local for servicing our vehicle was immediately erased by the way we were treated by your service manager. I am not sure she can hate her job any more than she does. There isn't even an attempt to hide this based on the way she interacted with us on several occasions. truly outstanding service dept.
I took my 2011 chevy cruz to get it worked on had a down shift issue .they worked on it wanted to keep it for a couple extra days .i felt like that would be a good thing to make sure pro lem was fixed .i went paid bill got my car back and 2 days later i was running 60 miles per hour on hwy 70 and it down shifted to low gear tommy said it broke crank shaft and he wasnt responsible for car because it had to many miles on it .and the end of our conversation he said nice doing buisness with you ...the owner will not return my ca... read more
I purchased a 'new to me' 2017 Chevy Colorado a couple months ago from Kenly Chevrolet. Although buying from a dealer is more expensive, I intentionally bought from them because I assumed the vehicle would be thoroughly checked out. It wasn't. In less than two weeks the transmission began giving me issues. I hadn't even put 80 miles on it yet.
