This was our over night kennel for years, until 2 major disappointments. Both dogs came home with kennel cough that required medications to get better. Then the next time one of our dogs had to get its tail amputated. When i asked for answers, there were none. I was so disappointed that i trusted them as they acted like they cared, but we never received apology or explanation.

I could not give a worse review if I tried I left in tears with my dog. I have a pug puppy, so she didn’t need a haircut or anything I took her in for a bath which “included” ear cleaning, anal gland expression and I added on a nail trim. Let me preface this with two things, first I am aware my dog does not like getting her nails trimmed. Spare your pet! It should have been great, according to the people we met and the way the places looked. However, our dog must have been neglected for hours on end by because her personal bedding (a very large folded blanket) which we supplied was URINE SOAKED! On top of that, her main caregiver which we met and gave specific requests to, disregarded our instructions and our dog came home with tell-tale behavior to prove it. It wasn't good either.
