DO NOT GO HERE! Before scheduling an appointment, I called to see if they could draw blood only since a medical kit was sent to my grandmother by a health care provider. Therefore only blood draw is required. My grandmother will be mailing the blood tubes back to health care provider. with this information, they stated yes they offer this service.
