They manage the property I rented in MD, Lambeth House. I had a major issue with the property manager Joann. When I was moving out they did not care that she did not follow the law. I rented with them in Manhattan and the communication was unprofessional, rude and harassing. Esther Goldrich has screamed at me on the phone when I wanted to renew my lease and the there was a sudden rent increase which I was never informed about in advance. I will not go forward with them because of the unprofessionalism. This is my last month with them. They want to show my apt to a new person whenever they feel like.
