This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to the receptionist. There is very prejudice very rude. Will not. They will not fax my medical information to My Doctor as I requested and I have called over and over again concerning this and they have not contacted or faxed my information as I requested to my doctor this is the worst doctors office ever I would not refer them to anyone.
Dr Ventura and the entire staff are excellent. Her nurses are so helpful dealing with insurance companies. I have had diabetes for over 30 years and now osteoporosis. Everyone is so thorough and I feel I am in the best hands possible. Highly recommend !
Dr Ventura and staff were very nice and courteous! Dr Ventura was very clear and explained my situation precisely. She spent time explaining the steps I need to take for follow up! Over all great job.
I became a patient of Dr. Kenilia Ventura at South Florida Endocrine Center in July 2025 for osteoporosis, Unfortunately, my experience with her office has been extremely disappointing. At my first visit, I was given orders for bloodwork to complete before starting treatment. I promptly completed all requested labs, including an uncovered “experimental” test (CPT Code 82523 – Collagen Crosslinks) that cost me $238 out of pocket.
