My daughter had a large seizure and reached out to discuss meds and never heard back other than the nurse asking what med she took???? Nothing after she told them. Moving on to an epileptologist.
He actually cares.
Went with my Daughter for her consultation with Dr. Ono. She has had Epilepsy since age 12 but now an adult, has moved to Virginia to begin her career. Dr. Ono was the second neurologist she saw in Virginia, the first was a women at another hospital who was terrible so she kept looking. Dr. Ono took all the time necessary and really listened to her. He also seemed to value my input which has been necessary because she has no memory of her seizures. He was very knowledgable and she felt very comfortable with all his suggestio... read more
