Put my boots through 3 years of hell and finally beat them to the point they started to fall apart so I decided to send them in and have them rebuilt. They quickly did an evaluation and emailed me back to inform me I had exposed them to extreme heat (camp fire) that turned the water proof liner into a powder and that they would not recommend rebuilding them but instead they would knock off the $150 cost to rebuild them off a bran new pair of boots for me. A huge thank you to the great customer service at Kenetrek Boots. I am so happy with the repairs that were done to my boots. They look and feel like a new pair of boots. The craftsmanship with the repair is second to none. The upper back part of both boots ( especially the right boot ) had to be rebuilt. My wife and I wear these boots for everything! We each have hard scrabble hikers and Mountain Extreme's! We have had ours for over 12 years and can't count all the hiking and hunting miles we have on them. These are the best boots money can buy!
