I slipped my two hoofs into a pair of the Mountain Extremes and it is like I am walking on a pair of angle boobs!!!! THEY ARE PERFECT. So my less than a year old kenetrek boots are leaking, called them and explained it. Lady working there told me to bring them in they would do a leak test and have a new pair to me by the end of the week if mine were leaking, and that I did not need my receipt. After driving 60 miles to drop my boots off I was told I did need a receipt that they wouldn't help me without one. Great boots, the only ones I’ve had for a long time that didn’t need some sort of inserts.
I have owned my Kenetrek boots for several years now and have worn them on two successful wild sheep hunts. But my boots were starting to have some major wear on the front. I emailed the company, sent in my boots and they repaired the front rubber of the boots for FREE even though it was outside of their normal warranty. They were damaged because I put my boots to close to the fire to dry them out!
