Kendrick’s delivered a great product once completed. They did not do a good job on the process. Over promised under delivered. They need a better system in place on how long it will take to complete your vehicle. I would have not spent 5k on a rental had I known it would be 3.5 months to complete. The online system that updates when your vehicle will be completed is not accurate. I was given 7 to 8 different dates for completion. Quality was great, process to finish needs refined.
They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everyone was helpful from check-in and completion. Very friendly front office staff and communication by the team was always being done. The repairs were completed early and the job was very well done. Someone had damaged my car and it was a new Volvo so I wanted a certified Volvo shop and went with Kendricks who was the only one listed. I am very happy I did.
Kendrick's did an excellent job repairing my car, but I was displeased that my request for an estimate to repair additional damage was not fulfilled. Although I contacted them to check on the status of the estimate, I never received a callback. It would have been beneficial to have both repairs done at the same time.
I had a great experience here. Russell and his team are really on top of things, kept me updated is during the entire process and the repairs were excellent. I have two teenage children with cars so I'm pretty positive I will be back. Keep up the good work and i'm sure I'll see you soon.
I worked with Christina & she was great!! Very good customer service. Very helpful & thorough. Also, my car looks good as new. 😊
