So far, so good. Vehicle looks good as new. I like the texts too keep you informed of the process.
Car was repaired in ten weeks instead of 6-8. Also was returned to us with a need for interior detailing as door handles, seats and the light colored leather has dark areas. While I understand the difficulties in getting parts and dealing with all the gadgets in cars these days, there was no need to present the car back to us without truly cleaning the interior where mechanics apparently didn’t put protective covers on areas they touched with dirty and greasy hands.
Between the workmanship and customer service it should be negative stars
Empathetic adjuster who kept me informed throughout the procedure with text updates and phone calls, and delivered on the date promised.
