She mis-managed a rental property next to me a few years back. She is not a realtor to use in the Lubbock and South Plains area. Stay away from her and her company.
I have been with Kendra for about 4 years, it’s been a good experience! She’s a great landlord, professional, and helpful. Any time I’ve needed anything fixed, her response is quick and gets it done! I haven’t had any problems! She’s lovely! I’m looking forward to many more years to come with her! 🥳
I have been with Kendra since October of 2019 and she is the best landlord I have ever had and actually the longest property I have lived on because she really works with you even if you get behind she will do the best she can to keep you in your Apartment /House you may have to go to court because that is the process but if you communicate with her she will work with u until her hands are tied. One more thing anytime I have any problems she sends help right away unless they can’t come out due to it being too late in the day... read more
Terrible experience. We thought she was good but she never answers her phone (text or call). Not worth being that stressed over a rent property
