I had a wonderful experience at Kendra Scott. We only had a parking space for 15 minutes, so I quickly went in and explained what I was looking for. Blair Evans immediately helped me, found the exact necklace I wanted, and packed it beautifully within minutes. Her efficiency and kindness were amazing , she was so quick that I even had extra time to look around the store. I truly love this store and their excellent customer service. Thank you for making a rushed visit such a pleasant one.

Horrible return policy and customer service to match it . Was gifted a necklace and the clasp broke the first time I wore it… They were unable to fix or replace since I don’t have the receipt for a gift that I was given. Surely something else could have been done on their end instead of just saying “sorry”

Bad experience with them, I bought a bracelet for a birthday gift and asked for a gift receipt when my daughter tried to get it exchange for something else they refused to give credit store or exchange it because they said it was a custom piece, I don’t understand since I bought it from what they had in stock so I don’t know why they would say that, anyways it’s just my personal experience, make sure you check the return policy before you purchase from them.
