I was at this location last weekend, on a hunt for a necklace to wear for my wedding that's only a few weeks away. I've never actually been in a Kendra Scott store, or even really looked at their jewelry, but I may now be a fan. The store is lovely, and easy to shop in even when crowded. We hosted my 12 year old daughter’s birthday at Kendra Scott Color Bar in Woodfield and it was such a great party! We selected 2 necklaces and 2 bracelets that the girls were able to select from. They had so much fun looking at the options, selecting their piece and then choosing their stone. It was so fun to see all the beautiful pieces they made. We celebrated my daughter’s 13th Birthday. Branwyn organized and kept the girls engaged. It was such a fantastic experience-the girls were so excited to pick their own necklace and stone. Such a great experience! Highly recommend!
Walked in not even a "hi" or a "welcome." All of the workers (all girls) were sitting at a table in the back talking to each other not even acknowledging us. Oh, and using foul language! I've never experienced this from RETAIL workers. I was planning on making a purchase for my sister but with that type of service, never again. I truly felt disrespected. I can't give this place a zero but if I could, I would. smh. do better.
