I went in about a tarnished necklace under a year old Diana and Laura where the kindest most helpful store representatives I’ve had. Amazing service, selection, and information!! Not only did they address and resolve my issue but taught me how to prevent it in the future!
Beautiful decor in store, no so beautiful management. The micro aggression and passive racism i dealt with is absolutely disgusting. As a Black women, i will not be returning to this location as i was met with eyes that unwelcome me.
The service at this location is unmatched! Special thanks to Diana who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect earrings for my wedding. Would highly recommend coming here for any of your jewelry needs!
