We took our high school Girl Scout troop to the Natick Mall store recently, where the girls were able to earn the Art&Design Badge. Managers Kaylie and Ali were both extremely helpful and accommodating in booking the event for us. Event Manager Ali hosted the event and she did a wonderful job! She was very engaging with the girls, and made the event really enjoyable and also educational. We celebrated a 12 yr old's birthday at Kendra Scott at the natick mall in March 2026. Alinne was fabulous to work with! She was incredibly patient while taking time to make each kid feel like they had their moment, including 2 younger siblings. The balloons, treats and lemonade really made the experience feel special! Alinne had great insight on smaller pieces for the younger kids, and helpful recommendations to get the older kid's decisions made. She was wonderful!! Overall, it was a great experience!

Stopped in with my wife and daughters and was impressed. Staff knew what they were doing and made it easy. The manager showed us the color bar, the girls picked their own stones, and everyone walked out happy. What started as shopping for the kids turned into my wife finding a ring with all three girls’ birthstones — solid recommendation. Good service, no pressure. We’ll be back and are already planning Lex’s 12th birthday here in March.
