Today my family and I were shopping in the Hyde park location in Tampa . My daughter and I were excited to make custom earrings and bracelet sets . We were greeted and told about the sale wall 2 for 75 great I thought . I noticed other new customers were not sent to the sale wall they were simply greeted and told to look around . When we asked a saleswoman for help she seemed annoyed by us strike 2 . I had such an amazing experience at Kendra Scott thanks to Johanna, the manager! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me right at the door and immediately jumped in to help solve my issue with my purchase. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of Kendra Scott jewelry. The necklaces look beautiful at first, but the durability is terrible. You can’t wear them anywhere—any slight exposure to moisture or even normal skin contact causes them to fade quickly. What’s even worse is that they leave dark marks and discoloration on your skin, which is unacceptable for jewelry at this price point. Zero customer service at this store. Many items do not have prices attached. Our family was looking at at least 3 items and had questions, but could not get a sales associate attention despite standing next to the cash and also asking someone who said they couldn't help, they were some type of brand ambassador (?). It was difficult to tell who worked there, someone had a headset on but did not seem to be helping customers.
