The staff is very helpful and accommodating! They helped replace a necklace I received as a gift that broke and had a great sale going on and found 2 rings for a good price! I was very thankful they could help me with the necklace!!

Pretty sure I got lied to for the sake of a sale. I recently went to Disney and inquired there about the Kendra Scott Mickie Mouse earrings- the woman working in Disney told me they were NOT hypoallergenic. When I went to the Tampa store and asked the same question- the sales woman assured me they WERE hypoallergenic. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt since this was an official Kendra Scott store. So this was my second visit in-store my first visit was just ok, nothing impressive. We came for my sister’s 40th birthday it was 3 of us by the way . My sister was so excited and the lady who attended to us at the bar was down to earth and professional , but there were two ladies coming in from the back door “glass” who made it they’re business to continually walk by stare and give us dirty looks , my sister was very excited and just having fun she was happy .I think it was just us in the store , so not interrupting at all.... read more

You need to retrain employees on greeting everyone. I felt that you do not handle your non white clients in the same way as Caucasian. Very uncomfortable situation , curt unfriendly service.
