beautiful store, but rude customer service
I walked into the store today not really sure what I wanted. I was greeted very kindly by two young ladies one was named Sam and one was named Josephine these girls who had the most amazing customer service, and we're very kind impersonable. They took the time to help me with my necklace and the ring that I purchased. I’ll start with the positive. The store is immaculate and everything in it is beautiful but when I walked in everyone looked at me and went right back to what they were doing. Not even a greeting hello. There was only one person being helped and two employees in the store. I walked around the whole store and it was only when I was walking out did one employee approach a couple that came in after me to ask if they needed help.
