Very poor customer service and racist people working here. All store associates refused to help my sister, preferring the white customers of the store rather than her. When she finally got ahold of a sales associate, the sales associate immediately left her to go help four white teenage girls. When she was fed up with the horrible service, she tried to leave, but was accused of stealing a bracelet. Horrible. Super friendly staff
My sister wrote a review a few months back regarding the horrible experience I had at this location. She was told to contact customer service, so I reached out. I contacted customer service and detailed my experience. Then, my email was left with no response. This is so beyond unprofessional.
