Started off a return of an item with some miscommunication, but continued to shop because I believed how the situation was handled was very customer service friendly and then Melissa continued to make sure that Kendra Scott still remained a favorite of mine by wowwing me with more great customer service. We’re all human…many of us perceive comments differently…Melissa made sure I was a continued customer…I appreciate the extra mile & of course I love my 3 new pieces of jewelry.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I got a customized bracelet and it’s absolutely adorable. The sterling silver is very nice but it does scratch easily so be careful.
