Maria in the Old Orchard store was extremely helpful! The engraving machine was defaulting to put a very small font on a charm that did not look right. She worked for almost an hour to figure out a way to make the monogram proportional to the charm size.
Stopped here on vacation and designed a ring from the color bar. It was a perfect first time experience and Bailey was amazing! She was super helpful and I’m so happy with my purchase!
