One of my favorite stores. The young ladies are Amazing on helping you find the Perfect piece of jewelry for you or a loved one. They appreciate every one that walks in just to look and see their beautiful jewelry 😍. Highly recommended 🥰🤗

Maria in the Old Orchard store was extremely helpful! The engraving machine was defaulting to put a very small font on a charm that did not look right. She worked for almost an hour to figure out a way to make the monogram proportional to the charm size.

Stopped here on vacation and designed a ring from the color bar. It was a perfect first time experience and Bailey was amazing! She was super helpful and I’m so happy with my purchase!

The staff really goes out of their way to make your experience wonderful. Their recommendations were spot on, and I was able to buy multiple gifts for my family.

I wanted to share how helpful Roxanne was in assisting me with choosing the right stone. She went above and beyond in her role, and I truly appreciated her patience, knowledge, and professionalism. Her support made the experience smooth and enjoyable.
