I came in with my daughter to get her necklace replaced because the chain had gotten broke. When I spoke to a rep in store she said that the whole necklace would have to be replaced because they don’t just replace the chain. They then took my old necklace and went to the back. When she comes back she looks like she has an entire new necklace. I ask her to put it on my daughter which she did. My husband & I went to Kendra Scottt today to purchase the Icon Gold Charm Necklace. Hannah greeted us when we got inside the store and help us to customized gemstones that I never knew you can choose your gemstones. She’s very nice and helpful through out the process and I’m satisfied with my purchase. Thank You Hannah for the good customer service. Will definitely come back
Jewelry tarnishes and they do not replace it. I will never buy from KS again.
Manager has a nasty attitude. Couldn’t help without being rude. Won’t return here. You can tell by the most recent reviews, this is a common occurrence here. Yikes, embarrassing for them.
