My husband & I went to Kendra Scottt today to purchase the Icon Gold Charm Necklace. Hannah greeted us when we got inside the store and help us to customized gemstones that I never knew you can choose your gemstones. She’s very nice and helpful through out the process and I’m satisfied with my purchase. Thank You Hannah for the good customer service. Will definitely come back
Jewelry tarnishes and they do not replace it. I will never buy from KS again.
Manager has a nasty attitude. Couldn’t help without being rude. Won’t return here. You can tell by the most recent reviews, this is a common occurrence here. Yikes, embarrassing for them.
