ZERO customer service skills. Neither of the girls had any clue about any of the products they were selling and couldn’t even explain anything about their jewelry. They acted like they didn’t care about anything , especially being there and helping you. I wonder if upper management is aware they are wasting money on employees who are unprofessional as well as terrible at sales and customer service. I’ll NEVER shop there again.
They discriminate you at this store, if I could give 0 stars I would. I came into this store to buy a birthday gift for a family member. When my fiancé and I (both Hispanic) walked into this store on 07/18/26 the girls just greeted us from the back, but stayed at the back the entire time talking & laughing amongst themselves as if we didn’t even exist. I came in with my daughter to get her necklace replaced because the chain had gotten broke. When I spoke to a rep in store she said that the whole necklace would have to be replaced because they don’t just replace the chain. They then took my old necklace and went to the back. When she comes back she looks like she has an entire new necklace. I ask her to put it on my daughter which she did. My husband & I went to Kendra Scottt today to purchase the Icon Gold Charm Necklace. Hannah greeted us when we got inside the store and help us to customized gemstones that I never knew you can choose your gemstones. She’s very nice and helpful through out the process and I’m satisfied with my purchase. Thank You Hannah for the good customer service. Will definitely come back
Jewelry tarnishes and they do not replace it. I will never buy from KS again.
