DO NOT BUY from the store, buy online instead because all purchases are final including fine jewelry. Very disappointed with the customer service at this store. My husband purchased a couple of fine jewelry pieces for me but unfortunately the clasp on these pieces is so small that it is very difficult to lock it. I even had to ask a person assisting me at the store to do it for me but didnt think anything of it. What a wonderful jewelry store that gives back to nonprofits. I went to a 2 hour event to support W.O.W. (Women on Wheels). The store was beautifully designed and easy to browse. The employees were amazing and super helpful, giving great ideas and options. I'm sending all my friends to shop there!

Amazing customer service. I don’t have a Kendra Scott where I live and got a ring at Cherry Creek. Had an issue with my order and the manager Ally went above and beyond to take care of me. Love my ring and absolutely will be back!
