Went to go buy my daughter a ring she wanted plus they were donating a percent to the school very cool in my book. Children are our future gonna go back and buy more jewelry. Amazing place
I’ve always had horrible service at the Kendra Scott Mc Allen. We love Kendra Scott and have visited several stores across Texas but McAllen has to be the worst. Worst customer service. Super rude and super snotty starting with management. They act like they are Kendra Scott. The sales girls are a poor representation of what Kendra Scott is. I wouldn’t give them one star if that was an option. Too bad this is the only store in RGV.
If I could give no stars I would! I have purchased many Kendra Scott pieces through out the years and also purchased for my nieces as gifts. Went in to the store and was very disappointed with Manager Victoria . I wanted to exchange a necklace I had purchased for my niece and Victoria was no help. I understand the jewelry there is fake and discoloration occurs but yet I keep purchasing and supporting the store.
