I just broke my favorite bracelet last night at work and I needed to replace it for my new year’s party today but when I went to pick up my order they had apparently just closed 2 minutes ago even though online they were listed to close an hour later than when I had arrived. I put my phone up to the door hoping they would be kind enough to let me pick up my item but they kept shaking their head no and acted like there was nothing they could do.
