Would not help us. Walked by us multiple times when we were trying to ask about a specific piece. When we did finally get someone to help, she said she would go look in the back and then sat back there talking and drinking and wouldn’t even talk to us when she did come back out. They were very rude.
I brought my daughter in with her best friend for her 16th birthday and the customer service was AMAZING! Mia literally had my daughter’s favorite artist playing over the speakers, met her and her friend with Shirley Temple drinks and some little desserts to eat, and helped them pick out and personalize their jewelry. Ana R. helped me find what I was looking for right away. I told her I was looking for a chain to hold a charm I already had. The chains that were out were +$150, and without me even asking, she said “let me grab you some more options from the back.” She came back with the perfect necklace that was originally $80, on sale for $60, AND 20% off! It’s also durable and safe to wear 24/7. Very happy! My childhood dog passed away, and I’m going to put a charm from her collar onto the necklace.
