Sierra (I hope that’s how you spell her name!) was SOO incredibly helpful. She worked with me to fix my order as I was hastily heading out of town and was so kind and patient. I’ve always loved Kendra Scott but I especially love this store now! Hope to come back the next time I’m in town💕

The staff were wonderful. They worked with me as I asked for many different styles all in a specific color, and continued to help me make my requests work. Kristyna was extremely patient with me and met my every need. She’s a gem. Great shop, Great people!
Would not help us. Walked by us multiple times when we were trying to ask about a specific piece. When we did finally get someone to help, she said she would go look in the back and then sat back there talking and drinking and wouldn’t even talk to us when she did come back out. They were very rude.
I brought my daughter in with her best friend for her 16th birthday and the customer service was AMAZING! Mia literally had my daughter’s favorite artist playing over the speakers, met her and her friend with Shirley Temple drinks and some little desserts to eat, and helped them pick out and personalize their jewelry.
