Went in just to browse with very specific wants for a daily wear necklace. Both employees who helped me were great and I ended up leaving with a new daily necklace and bangle. Was busy but service was fast and staff was friendly. Custom jewelry design was fun and employees were helpful. They also offer a student discount if you are a CofC student which is very nice. We came in right before close last Sunday and the 2 ladies working were absolutely wonderful. They helped my friends find their birthday gifts and never rushed us even though we were there after close. We had no idea they were even closing until one of the employees had to unlock the door for us to leave. BEST customer service experience!! I wish I caught their names!

The best experience we had here. We will be coming back. We came in on Sunday and your two ladies were absolutely fantastic! See Brooke she was the sweetest person to help us, and the next day it was raining and the ladies provided us with bags for our purchases. Thank you our Charleston ladies, you made our trip wonderful and a my 14 year old very happy with her jewelry! We will be back soon!
