Super disappointed. We went in and ordered all of my bridesmaids jewelry together for my wedding. This store canceled part of my ($850+) order with no notice/warning, or offer of trying to fulfill or help… after calling customer service to check on my order, they said I needed to figure it out myself! SKIP this store
I had a terrible experience at Kendra Scott. The retail staff was incredibly rude and condescending—telling us to “make sure we put the merchandise back” while we were simply browsing. The attitude was enough to make us walk out and spend over $1,000 at another store that actually appreciated our business. We won’t be back.
I did not have the best experience at this location after me and my friends spent over $300 together on Kendra Scott jewelry. My friends and I wanted to create our own jewelry at the station towards the back of the store. The employee Maddie was fantastic, welcoming and personable. While one friend and I was picking out our stones. I was holding my bracelet in my hand and another employee who was shorter with brown curly hair (I think her name is Brooke C) walked over to me took the bracelet out of my hand and stared at me. ... read more
