After placing an order of jewelry boxes and necklaces online for Christmas, I went to the Kendra Scott - Short Hills Mall location to exchange one of the jewelry boxes because my daughter wanted a different color. One week later, I went to wrap presents, and I realized that I left one of the KS necklaces in the jewelry box I had returned. I was so upset.
