I've been in twice recently and both times I've experienced great service. Yes there can be some downtime as there are usually two associates working when I had gone in both times, but when you do get their attention, they make sure you're taken care of. Plus I just love Kendra's designs and jewelry. The two tone watch band is a GREAT accessory among many others!
