When I came in with a broken necklace which I purchased from fine jewelry one years ago, she patiently walked me through the process and helped arrange shipping so it could be repaired. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge, care, and willingness to help truly made a difference.

The staff at the store is excellent , I really appreciated their insight and help when it came to purchasing and also replacing a necklace that my daughter loved. Store manager Danielle was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly regarding their policies and how to take care of the jewelry.
Jenn, if you are reading this you rock. My daughter Annalise and I love love KS and we love Jen! She is such a value worker and always have time to speak to my daughter even if its to pop in. I love the other staff as well!
