Margaret was so helpful and kind! Truly can tell she loves her job. She helped me pick out some beautiful pieces that were gifts and personal choices and was so patient with me. Would love to visit again soon just for her help. Thank you Margaret!
Had a girls day today at Color bar! Everything was set up perfectly by Morgan, she provided snacks and drinks for our girls and was extremely accommodating with all of our questions and requests. A perfect day to say the least, we can’t thank her enough!
I would like to thank you Jennifer Ventura for her professionalism and excellent customer service from Kendra Scott. When I came in with a broken necklace which I purchased from fine jewelry one years ago, she patiently walked me through the process and helped arrange shipping so it could be repaired. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge, care, and willingness to help truly made a difference.
