I came into the Roosevelt Field location looking for a beautiful ring that I had seen online but was sold out everywhere. The store is beautiful and Adriana was the sweetest and most helpful sales associate. She went out of her way to check all around the store to try to find it for me. After being unsuccessful in finding stock in the store, she went above and beyond to check the stocks of other stores, locate the ring and have it sent to me. Was here yesterday and everyone was soo helpful ! I went to check out and Kristen was beyond nice and resolved an issue I had with a prior jewelry piece . Excellent customer service & extremely nice thank you soo much Kristen !
