I got a perfect silver set for my birthday. They were amazing.
I'm a girl who likes to look around first. The very nice sales person checked on me twice while I was looking, then once I had a few pieces narrowed down, went to the back, patiently, several times to see what color options they had in that bracelet, ring, whatever. A different young lady was helping my friend at the color bar, making sure each of the stones she was buying fit the locket. We both left happy with our jewelry... amazing customer service!
Great selection which is why y’all got two stars. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Maybe if y’all would learn to greet customers ya might make more sales. I strolled through the whole store taking my time and not once did a sales associate talk with me or offer assistance. Soooo left and took my $ with me.
